Registration Details

Full Conference Fee: KShs. 15,000

The Registration Fee Covers:
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Conference materials (programme, delegate badge, and related documentation)
  • Refreshment breaks and lunches during the conference period
  • Certificate of participation
Registration Excludes:
  • Accommodation and breakfast
  • Travel and airport transfers
  • Dinner and social events unless otherwise specified
  • Accompanying person attendance
Terms and Conditions:
  1. Access to the Conference will be granted only upon confirmation of full payment.
  2. Delegates may register on-site; however, any outstanding registration fees must be settled at the point of registration.
  3. All payments must clearly indicate the name of the delegate(s) being paid for to ensure proper reconciliation.
  4. Registrations are transferable only to delegates who have not yet registered and must be communicated to the Secretariat in writing prior to the Conference.
  5. Delegates attending from outside Kenya are required to make payment in Kenya Shillings (KShs.) and shall be responsible for all applicable bank charges.
  6. Registration fees are non-refundable; however, substitutions will be permitted in line with Clause 4 above.
  7. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or dates where necessary, with prior communication to registered delegates.
  8. By registering, delegates consent to the use of photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the Conference for documentation and promotional purposes.
  9. The organisers shall not be held liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property incurred during the Conference.
